There are more variables like your driving style. Most likely your style will not be conservative. With that and the gear ratio the mileage will not be good.
There is a saying, "If you have to ask how much, you can't afford it". Well in your case, if you have to ask about mileage that is not going to be the car for you.

Usually the first thing I do before taking mine out is to strap on my lead-lined right shoe, so I measure mine more by gallons per mile!
Your mileage really depends on how the engine was built. Mileage can vary, and all it would be is a best guess. Plus, a lot of guys don't build a stroker engine just to "baby' it, meaning gas mileage isn't always the top priority.
As far as your gearing, how much highway driving do you do? If none, I would leave it alone. Does it still have an O.D. trans? That makes a big difference too.

gas is only 1.80 a gallon around here so MPG is no longer an issue for me ne way its not gonna be over 15 mpg city seeing how the 305 w/ 3.08 gear was getting 20mpg if i kept my foot out of it.and if you do wanna get rid of that 4.10 pm me.

Gasmight be $1.80 a gallon now, however I expect the prices will begin to rise in the near future, maybe as soon as January 20th or so.

I agree, if you are worried about gas mileage, a Camaro might not befor you.

383+4.10s your going to be in the teens even with a light foot. As said above a lot depends on your set up and driving style but with any large carbed based engine she is going to suck gas. But then again that's what she is made for
