Default Odd Loud rubber band kinda sound

Does anyone have any idea what this is? (89 RS 305 V8 w/ 5 speed) I keep thinking is has to be a spring but I;ve been wrong before and would this have anything to do with how my camaro squats when I hit the gas and how it nose dives when I brake hard?

Does it sound like its playing "Dueling Banjos"?

Your springs may be weak. My 91 with 180,000 springs were real bad. They just used the standardV6 springs for the RS so they were only good for the less weight.

Uh "Dueling Banjos?"It just sounds like when you stretch a rubber band out and pluck it but on a much louder scale. my 89RS only has ...86K? So either way should I expect to redo the suspension here soon? I mean the car handles well but if I stop hard or gas it, it leans back and forth (depends on which I'm doing) OH and that sound is very intermittent I haven't heard it for over a week now

Well that is kinda hard to diagnose with the description of a rubber band noise. Not even what key it is being plucked in. If it was "A" that would be a good country key.

Have the struts and shocks been replaced yet?
