Im not big on cowl hoods, but once it is in paint, it might look really good... However even if I dont like it, what the hell do I know... Its not my car, youre the one who has to like it.. Personally though, I want to put a shaker hood on mine...

yes, it is a functional hood. and no, those side "vents" are just for look. they're not even cut out...that's why i said i wanted to make them red.

taco-what is a shaker hood?

Nice hood. I was looking at a ram air hood myself. You should paint the louvers a metallic gray color.

The shaker hood is a mopar product. It is a hood scoop that is attached to the air cleaner and comes out through a hole in the hood. Like on the early Firebirds had scoops like that.

of course!!! no i bought it online when i still had my car and then i went out and totalled my car. heres a picture of it. it costed me $800 with the airbox to make it functional. so im committed.
Looks like the nose on that car is on steroids[sm=happybounce.gif]I will stay with the stock look.

It is a sweet hood, but the only problem I have is that its lines don't follow the ones of the car.
