I have come into ownership of a 1989 RS which needs some work.

I can get most of it done but I cannot find one part I need, it's the "throttle plate" (as someone called it) that pushes into the back of the throttle body which has several vacuum hoses running into it.

Here's a not very good photo of it.

Anyone have any ideas where I can get one complete with vacuum hoses?

Your picture could be the throttle plate and aftermarket may have one

eBay has lots of parts and your local craigslist will to, look for a car parting out. Have you scoured the local wrecking yards?
There should be a lot of those cars wrecked out.

 

I've tried looking for a throttle plate, both at Rock Auto and Ebay but all I get is the complete throttle body or some other part that isn't what I'm after.
