Default Installing an Alarm

So I want to put an alarm in my third gen 1990 305 tbi camaro.

The only features I want are

1.)A blinking light

2.)Impact sensing

3.)2 way paging, so i can be notified if it is being tampered with.

I dont need automatic locks, trunk release, car lights going off, keyless entry or remote start.

Anyone know of a good one to install?
And how to install it?

Serious answers please.

Not an alarm, but I got one of these:
Lok-Itt :: Models :: P300

1/8" of metal around the entire steering column, plus a cover for the ignition switch, plus it sticks a bar through the center of the steering wheel.

Cost me a bit over $100, and takes a couple minutes only to install.

Thank you! The P300 is the model you use?
I was looking for a good column lock also.
Ya it says 82-90 is the P300
