Default How to recondition TTop seals?

I just won a set of used t-top seals on EviBay. (35 bucks, cant complain) They are in average used shape, no cracks or tears, but are most surely used. What should I spray these with, or treat them with, to prolong their use before I install them?

there is a silicone based sealer that i use on my camper with a slideout. It keeps the seals between the slideout and the camper in great condition. I would have to look up what its called again and its time for work. So ill check it when i get home and let ya know. But it should work for this application as well.

Any good Silicone Spray should do. You can get it at any Auto Parts store. There are rubber recondition Sprays out there but are hard to find.
