i have a 1989 rally sport camaro the alarm system keeps going off when i set it from remote when i hit the remote to turn it off the red light on the middle columm still stays lit even when alarm is in the off settting sometimes until i put the key in the ignition then it will go off i think this is the stock alarm that came with it but im not sure can i bypass or disconnect the alarm somehow or how do i fix it thanx scotty

 

No stock factory alarm system, it is aftermarket. I would just replace it or have it taken out. These systems do not last forever.
