explain a little better. is it shaking or vibrating? does it do it all the time or when the cars moving, if moving what speed and does it change with speed or rpms? if you take it out of gear or slow down does it get worse, better or stay the same. were can you feel it, steering wheel, shifter, gas peddle/brake peddle, seat of pants?

the entire car is shaking and it is worst at about 1000 rpms when it is in park or neutral when i shift into reverse drive 2nd or 1st it stops then when i start driving again it gets to 1000 rpms and it is horrible then as the rpms get higher it gets better then when i slow down it gets worse and worser its like i have harley davidson idling at like 200 rpms

if its doing it when the car is not moving then its not in the drive train. was it doing it after you got the car back from ammco? could be the torque converter is out of balance, a couple plug wires are crossed to the wrong place, maybe one plugwire is arking and causing a misfire.
