Default Engine troubles

I have an 86 camaro. engine is 2.8l v6. The problem it that it doesn't seem to want to turn over.
This is what i've put in so far and still nothing:
-New Ignition components
-New Fuel Pump, Fuel Pump Relay, and wiring
-new battery

New ignition includes the following:
-Rotor
-Cap
-Wires
-Plugs
-Ignition Control Module
-Pickup

took it to a mechanic and they believe its the bottom end that need to be replaced.

If you have any other things that i could try that would help too.

P.S if it is the bottom end, whats all in a bottom end that i might have to replace?

Can you turn the engine by hand using a socket on the bolt on the front pulley? Put transmission in neutral first.
You should be able to turn it with one hand using a 18" long wrench handle. Engine turns clockwise.
If not, check for hydrolock, take all plugs out and try turning the engine again. Still won't turn, then take engine apart. Could be almost anythig that moves internally, or even something that was swallowed that sholdn't have been. Most likely it is a spun bearing. In any event the engine will need rebuilding and a good cleaning out. If it is a spun main bearing, the block will need line boring, if it is a spun rod bearing, you will have to replace the connecting rod. In both cases the crankshaft will need regrinding.

If you can turn it by hand, then the starter should also be able to turn it. You are telling us it won't crank, this would indicate problems with the starter or wiring to the starter. If the engine cranks but won't start, then it could many things.
Are you getting a good spark? Pull a plug wire, crank engine & see if u get a good spark to ground.
Are u getting fuel? If u have a carb, see if you get a squrt of fuel if u floor the gas pedal. If fuel injected check fuel pressure at test fitting.
Check for bad gas
Check ignition timing
If carburated check mixture & air screw setting
Check for fouled plugs
Check that ignition wires are connected in proper order
Check cam timing, chain may have jumped
