Ok, so I'm new to the forum, but I was hoping that you could all help me a bit...

My car is having some issues and won't hold a charge, I know to check the Alternator and the cables and all that, but I'd also like to Check the diagnostics, does anybody have info on that, and possibly pics?

take the alternator out and have it checked. if your battery is going dead then the memory in your computer is being cleared every time it does. so it will do no good to do a dignostic for trouble codes until u get the charging system fixed so it will hold the codes. take care of the known problems first before looking for more. oh and welcome to the forum.
