electric fans

got this of the search i just did. maybe some help or not.
I cut thee wire going to the fan, and hooked it to the battery, to see if that worked.After checking the fuse first. Then I changed the both relays, mounted on the fire wall on the drivers side, there between the brakes and the fender. After changing the computer, is what finally made the fan work!

ok well i got it located between the 6 and 8 cyl on the passanger side......now the bad news does anyone have a pig tail that plugs into the sending unit on these!!!

u need to get a dealer service manual if u are going to keep the car for any amount of time. they are a big help, a little spendy for your yr for some reason. i know the one for my truck was to but it has two books. have a look. they are by far the best manual to use.

i dont know yet imma pull the headliner here soon and see if my roof has the marks to cut the ttops in it and if it dont imma probly look for a 97 Z with ttops

it doesnt i already tried that but with some careful measuring u cand do it my friend did it to his 4th gen. im guna do it in a lil bit ill let u know how it comes out
