First the speedometer went out but dummy lights to the right had a flicker then out as well. Been troubleshooting by checking all fuses - good. Next to check is the buffer sensor correct? Well I can't find it in the 3 locations i found on here to look. I did pop the hood and found this. Looks fresh like a rodent chew maybe. Is this related???

 

Sure looks like it could be,get that fixed and see what happens next.
