Do either injectors spray at all? one and not the other or both but poorly? Did you replace the injectors themselves or the whole TBI unit? What was soaking in gas? The whole unit? maybe you just need to pull the unit and clean it. Use a carb cleaning spray through the orifaces and watch for it to spray out of other areas. If it wont spray though easy a passage mat be clogged.
Have you changed the fuel filter? Disconect the line at the TB and turn the key on and see how well the fuel comes out. Just watch out for the gas.
