Yeah i agree with c4maro, ive drained my battery a couple times and when i try to start it it makes the same noise you described, and when I try to jump it it makes the same noise if I try it immediately after connecting the jumper cables. Attach the jumper cables and wait about 30 seconds. That should do it.

 

Thanks for all the replies.... im gonna charge the battery tonight overnight... and see what happens then... ill also try havin jumpers on it for a half hour if it wont start after charging.... I really need to get this thing running and through inspection... haha
