Default Authenticating mileage, other than carfax?

Aside from a Carfax report, is there any other tool you have used in authenticating original mileage? I'm very interested in getting a 3rd generation car with under 20K original miles. Carfax checks out, but is there any other tool to use to authenticate?

THanks

Default other site, to authenticate mileage

I found this site, after posting the question:
https://www.vehiclehistory.com/vin-report/

(alternative to using Carfax report to tell the mileage)

Lookin for that low of a mileage car I'd be looking for a one owner car with the service records since new in the owners hand.

Well, the problem there is it's not being bought from an individual. It was one owner, bought in '89, then sold this year at auction. Only driving occurring now is for test drives at the dealership that acquired the car at auction.
