Default Any holley avenger pros (670) out there?

I CANNOT get her to reliably idle under 1100 RPM without turning the choke all the way to the right. (The black choke housing, opening the choke all the way) The fast idle screw (the impossible to get one) had little effect, the only time the rpm goes below 1000 is with the choke wide open, and that little red linkage pushed all the way down. Is there a chance that the innards of the choke are sticking? She was running perfectly when I put her away last winter.....

Should I be getting 12v across both terminals? Im getting power, shes grounded, but if I check for voltage between + and - on the choke housing itself, I get nothing.

Normally on a Holley if you hold the choke plate wide open with your hand and move throttle, the linkgage should come off the fast idle cam and regular idle screw should touch on it's spot. Just spray brake cleaner on all the linkgage if you think it is sticking.

The carb was a factory rebuild and only has one season on it. Im not a fan of Holley carbs because there is just SOOOO much to adjust. I havnt started her since, but something is NOT adjusted right. When I opened the choke all the way open last week and backed the fast idle screw out, I could get her to idle at about 950, but she had an uneasy idle stumble. I picked it up to 1000, but I feel Im now suffering a little off the line lag. I still need to see if the choke is powering up....
