Default drum to disk brakes

i have disk in the front already and i have drum in the rear but i want to turn them into disk. how much of a pain would that be? and what would be the essentials to get for that?

the main things would be a better master and booster, new proportioning valveand then pulling your rear axles to put on the new backing plates. after that it is just a little more work than a regular brake job
