Default Whats this part called

Hey sorry for the dumb question. I was wondering what the right angle adapter coming out of the brake booster is called. The vacuum hose attaches to it. Mine is missing. Also should I run it to the back of my edelbrock carb or to the intake which is an edelbrock performer. Thanks

Default Check valve

Should be a check valve. For vacuum or vapor. One is small banjo shaped (vacuum) one is bigger and round (vapor). Vapor is usually inline not in booster so yours sounds like a vacuum check valve. Should go to intake preferred. Usually run PCV to carb.

Base of the carburetor is manifold vacuum, so you can hook it to whichever one is more convenient.
Look at the "Help" rack at Autozone, they may have that fitting.

What fitting should I use on the carb to attach the hose?

A barb fitting. You can get it in the plumbing section at Home Dopey, or an auto store may have one too.
Not sure what the size is, use a ruler.
