So the Jeep is about done, thank God. I pulled the 350 from my old truck and have that sheduled to be scrapped in the morning. The DD pickup got itd dizzy straightened out and is running a full 36*. But I'm not out of the woods. My garage has seen what looks like an F5 tornado touched down in the center. whats worse? My sons fifth birthday is Saturday. I need the place cleaned fast. So i called in my bro. We came to the agreement that the best place to store all my car parts was on the car. So we tossed her back together tonight just for storage purposes. I threw my new hood on for fun and well. Here's some pics.

The good side.

The fender is half stripped and half rerusting. It may not get used due to damage over the wheel lip.

This is the most assembled I have ever had the rear.

If you look close you can see the new Magnaflow tips.

After the party and I find out why the Jeep is not flowing water I'm a go for full bodywork.

Looks like a car again! Does your new exhaust system go under the rear axle?

LOL No, I took from the muffs forward off. I took everything off and left the over the axle pipes on there. What your seeing is the front of the OTA pipe where the mufflers connect. I still haven't figured out if I really want to poke a hole in the floor pan for the mounts.

I was waiting to see some pictures of where about your car was at these days. Still looks good.

Good luck on getting to it again.

I'm hoping to blow it all apart again this weekend to prime everything.

That's good news! Glad to see you're getting past the daily drivers and back on the cool car!

Make sure you snap some photos as it will look much nicer with the primer. I keep telling my buddy whos doing an 83 LS1 iroc to prime it so its all the same color just to make it look better.

I agree. One color no matter what color. I was supposed to have yesterday off but that didn't happen so now I'm a day behind what I wanted. i had to spend today hunting up sanding supplies. My bro is coming over tonight to help pop the engine back out. Its turned sideways in my garage and that is gonna be fun getting it back facing the door.

^^X2

If you have a smooth garage floor dollies work excellent. Been using the same set under my camaro for 10+ years.
