Ok so between changing shifts at work and school starting back up I been real busy. Not to mention the budget took a hit with the woman losing her job. The Camaro has suffered and I haven't touched it in a month. But as some of you know a guy at work gave me a T/A and I've been tinkering with it when I can. I tried to rebuild the Qjet but it needs throttle shaft bushings and I can't tune it anyhow so I shelved it. I went and pulled the pos 600 holley sitting on the 78 parts car and soaked it. It urnes out it was in real good shape and cleaned up looking new.

Here are the results. I still need to finish tuning it up. There were new plugs and wires in the trunk and i forgot to put the spring back in the vacuum canister on the Holley. Opps. But damn, a picture is worth a 1000 words.I could have stayed in it until it blew or the tires popped, but I was worried about the cops showing up. Its still unregistered and no insurance. Yeah I just hope its not just a pretty face. Remember this is a car built to thrash. There was an autoscross a few weeks ago at a local dealership. Man I almost threw it together just to compete. I'm using the best parts I can't afford just so i don't have to build it twice.

You could have taken the T/A to the autocross to thrash!

This weekend has been some what productive. I got the fuel line routed, front brake lines on, and picked up a griffin radiator from a buddy. I forgot to snap alot of pics so bear with me I'll get out there tomorrow maybe. I have to give to Inline Tube. The lines I bought from them fit like GM parts. Man it was so much easier then bending all the lines myself. I saved all the clips from my 78 so its just a bolt in deal. Name: 008-11.jpg
