Taking a coffee break. DID some work on the dash. And layed out the body lines.
Took a pic of a junk forward facing scoop, these holes are blocked off.
You can see all the steel behind the bumper in this pic

Well my plan was to send ont the car dissassembled. I was going to paint the rad support black and everything else red. Then pick up car, drop in engine, assemble front end.
Now I'm thinking I WILL scratch everything up trying to assemble new paint.
Don't forget theres the fire wall cover that will be red also. It install before the fenders.
So I could paint wheel wells black or get the red that the exterior will be painted and paint all the engine compartment stuff red and preassemble prior to paint. Then drop in motor to finished car.

Ideas??

Same thing here, only I have added issue of the car being in the canopy. Even if I swapped places with the Camaro, my real garage is too small to paint in also. I'm stuck doing as much as I can and then pay for paint.

I didn't notice the "good" side. I think I would like that more or maybe the grill all the way across.

I think for that amount of work I would have to love it. I don't,so I'll use the bumper.
It's time to start the rest of the body. All the black must go.
The rest of my Mike Lavallee wannabe flame job goes also.
I pulled the door trim from the driver door and masked for dust.
This is the aftermarket outer window seal. It never fit right,I had to cut it and bend it to get close. Your supposed to reuse the chrome fom the original. I did a chrome delete any ways, Good luck trying.
The paint was soo soft it dented where the spoiler was.
