yeah rydeer that makes perfect sense much rather have the hood fold than come thru the windshield, learn something new on here everyday.now i know why i have seen lots of hoods finally give way in the middle after years of neglect, but a good point, thx for my hood education for the day.LOL.

78-79 had a forward facing scoop. 80-81 had the rear "air induction" set up. Funny I have read the 78-79's have plugged mesh in the opening. All the little holes are open in mine. So I could make it functional.

I still had to repair the lower body line on the drivers fender.Someone had done a repair without a patch panel. I mounted the frontend back on the car so I can follow the line on the door.
I put the car back in the shop as will rain later today.
I also worked on the interior dash. I'd like to finish something

I can find some, I don't have any on my computer. Please call me Damon. 77nomad is cheesy.

I have the same wheels in the same sizes. I can't wait!

Thank you damon. The last pic shows what he did best. Looks like one side fell off. I'm still on the fence about mine. Those alum bumpers and all the steel behind it are very heavy. Like 100 lbs on the front edge of the car. I'm not building an autocrosser like you,but a 100 lbs way out front is kinda crazy.
