a little over a month since my last post. i had to get my butt in gear and try to finish what i need to do and get it back to the body shop. it's turned into a full resto. got the interior out and engine compartment empty. here's a bunch of pics. the pics at the end is where she is now. we have a good coat of high build primer over the roof, quarters and tail panel.

the body work is done from the roof back. just painted the engine compartment today. pics later

Looks great! Don't forget to drill the holes and mock up the spoiler ends before you paint, so you're not having to drill the holes through new paint later!

holes are already in the trunk lid, 1 piece spoiler

My mistake! I got your build mixed up with the other going on right now that's a later Camaro, with 3 piece spoiler. Forgot yours is a '70 with the one piece spoiler.

I am curious about two things.... Why not pull the glass to make sure everything under the glass is solid? What not pull the sub frame at this point to redo bushings while it's apart?
