The fire wall looks good. Stay at it.

The mud runs were perfect except the cold drizzle. The rain did make for some of the best mud ever. The boys were pumped the whole time. Things were delayed because so many trucks came that they were still registering when it was supposed to start. Plus I wanted a good seat so we got there an hour early. two hours in the rain doing nothing sucked. The course was two deep holes full of water 200ft long. It was so bad the 2wd trucks got stuck getting into the chute. Here are a couple pics I though you may like.

Notice no roost on the rear? Broken rear end.

This is the fastest truck of the day. He covered 200ft in 1.4s a full 11s faster than anyone else. For the record my drag car had 1.4 60fts on dry pavement.

them are awesome, thx for the pictures that green truck is awesome, wow thats fast he must be nitrous powered to do it that quick plus he has huge tires that helps for sure.but 1.4 seconds in 200 feet holy cow thats smokin fast.he must be making over 1000 hp.

He ran Super mod and Mod. in the Mod class he didn't run nitrous, it slowed him to 3.5s. LOL Yes is sounded like 1000hp.

i knew he must be atleast 1000 hp to run them kind of times for 200 feet,o man hold on that things like a jet.i could be at 1,000 hp if twin turbo charged and about 15lbs of boost, but thats crazy its useless on the streets,i wont even be able to use the horse power i already have,LOL.but i am still gonna turbo it with very low boost on the street maybe 3lbs of boost, then kick it up to 10 lbs at the track.

Its tough. Some use the mount for the stock exhaust. I'm stumped right now myself.

I would go one piece if the car is high enough on jack stands.

I also wouldn't mount ANY part of the fuel system to the fire wall. The NHRA rule is that if the flywheel were to let go, it could sever the fuel line and then you have gas spraying right on the headers. Hope you can run fast. LOL

You have a mechanical pump? Show me pics of the filter and pump and let me think. The filter I have could be bought with threads on one end. Then you could thread that right into the pump.
