I'm not sure you'll even need a new crossmember. I'm also not sure the late 2nd gens have both mounting holes for TH350 and TH400, but since your subframe is coming out, it should be easy to drill them. I've rear that most people who do the swap either reverse the tubular mount, or redrill the holes. This is a part that I think you're getting ahead of the build on. You should wait until the subframe is out, and you have your engine and trans. Then bolt them together and lower them onto the new motor mounts on the subframe. At that point you can test fit the crossmember and trans mount, and see where the crossmember lines up. Try it both ways to see which works best.
One some of your plans you're getting worried about parts too soon. You will find yourself ordering parts and then being wrong, or being unnecessary. Considering shipping costs to Malta, you need to slow down and not pay them twice.

Yes what I am doing is see what parts do I need and order them in advance as a group, sea freight will be fairly cheaper compared with air freight but I need to have a bulk package. With the chance of getting something wrong!! But I will take all ideas from you guys before I order things in order to minimise the risk.....
My question is this:- Once I ordered the headers (still in USA), shall I order the X-pipes and the mufflers as well? Or I am doing the same mistake here? Does any one has a picture of a second gen camaro with x pipes?

Everything on your present list looks fine. I see you're ordering a shifter handle with switch, so does this mean your car will have something that gets switched from that shifter? If it's getting a Line Lock or Nitrous system, I'd probably order those parts also in your order. Really can't go wrong ordering a basic line lock kit if that's in the build plan.

The switch will be there for the only reason if I order the Nitros 572. But this is just thinking for the time being. I am not sure about it. The nitros engine is made of stronger parts than the normal 572 without nitros.
The line lock is the solenoid valve that opens the nitros into the carb??
I think that is included in the engine package as well.
What about the X pipes and the mufflers, shall I go and order them now? Or shall I wait when I am ready to install the exhaust system.

Here is what it says..........The Nitrous Series has all the great qualities of a Hot Rod series motor with the added benefits of stronger pistons, rings, connecting rods, and sealed with a block o-ring and cylinder receiver groove.
A Line Loc has nothing to do with the engine. It connects into the front brake lines to lock the front brakes, and allow the rear tires to turn while the brake is applied. It's used in race situations when you see drag racers doing big burnouts at the start to warm their tires. If you're not going to race the car, or run drag slicks, then don't worry about a Line Loc.
I see no problem with ordering the X pipes now, or the mufflers. Whether you go center or offset is your choice. Offset usually allows some flexibility, if your exhaust system is going to be custom built. I personally would consider some sort of universal tailpipe kit also if you're building a custom exhaust, unless your local exhaust shop has the pieces and equipment to bend up 3" exhaust.

Looks like a push! You can build your own car. But I'm just offering real world advice. Unless you're running the nitrous motor on nitrous, the regular 572 the same motor. They used a different ring pack and o ringed the block to seal again the pressure on N2O. Thats all I see in hard parts. The cam may have different timing as well. Both are rated at 750 NA and I would bet a solid 1000hp hit is enough to pizz out your azz the first time it happens. But again, its your car. Have fun. Side pipes?? Look into that. Getting the pipes routed can be hard. Hooker doesn't make the original ones that were a real four into one side pipe. If you have kids, they WILL burn their leg exiting the car. ask me how I know???

Ok I got you about the line lock, but to be honest I will not order it, no use for me. Good idea about the tail pipes. Will order them as well but I am going for side pipes. I like the look of the side pipes although it is not legal here!! Try to make it plug and play for the vehicle test.
