What I would do is contact the big suppliers like Summit, Jegs, etc. and get as complete a list of what you are planning to purchase from them first. They may give you a break on shipping, parts, or both if they know you're planning a large expenditure. Most of the big suppliers want these large orders, and will try to work with you as much as they can, but not sure once it leaves the USA they will have much control over shipping charges.

I contacted Dan Lemons and he told me that there are 2 types of headers - the pro tour header and the race header. The pro tour is the one that has all the headers pass inside the frame while the race header which passes around the frame but need to use skinnier tyres (not my style). The pro tour are limited to 2 1/8" diameter while the race headers are up to 2 /1/2" diameter.

Yep, you are right. With ceramic coating and gaskets and bolts and v-clamp, it is very close to 2K. Dan send me some pictures, they look awesome. I think you will not regret the 2K at the end........
