Default Power window problems on 77

Right side window not working when I got the car but it came with two brand new motors. I decided to make sure it was the motor before I started to change it out and it may or may not be the motor.

Pulled the switch in the center console and I have 12v on both up and down on the left side but only 4v on the right side. I'm guess maybe grounding out somewhere, anyone know where the wires come from that run to the switch, trying not to pull the console or dash parts to find where they go if I don't have to.

Thanks....

The left and right side switches have a common source. If one has 12v. output and not the other, then check input to the switch. If you have 12v. on both inputs, then the switch is bad. Be sure you are checking to a good known ground.
