the driver side window is slow going up and down and sometimes stops and have to take hand and pull it up the rest the way any ideas what could be wrong with it

 

All chevys are notorious for this. Some times the motor brushes go bad. It could be the track isn't lining up right. There could be a voltage drop in the switch.

 

Mine is STILL doing it so how can i fix it if i think its is my motor brushes or the track not lining up. Or should i just go and buy a new motor 4 my window?

 

I would buy a new window motor. They are pretty common and I don't believe that they are too outrageously priced. When you have it apart don't forget to check the window regulator. The last thing you need it to have to pull it apart again. I have to do the same on my '95.
