Default Lighting question

This is probably a long shot. I have a 73 camaro RS. I bought my car last week. I noticed the light behind the oil pressure gauge and the light inside the shifter doesn't work. After some looking I noticed both wires have been cut. Anyone have an idea where they originate from?

The wires to the lamp sockets can't be cut, as they don't use wires. The printed circuit board supplies power to the lamp socket, so you simply put a lamp into the socket, and plug it in. Dorman #85836
