Hey guys, just joined the forum today and this is my first post .

I ordered a 2ss auto red jewel Camaro today and they didn't mention anything about the ambient lighting and I totally forgot all about it. I'm going to go by tomorrow and try to get it added but was wondering if anyone knew what option it was. I went on the camaro site and was trying to build my own with all of the options I selected today and I don't really see anything matching the ambient lighting option. I was wanting the blue illumination....is that possible even though I'm ordering red jewel exterior even?

It will come with your car...and will be blue, unless you have the IO interior accent pkg ,then it would be orange, but i don't think that is available with RJT....and if so ,you'd be nuts to order it anyway.

 

Thanks Chevelle! I notice you bought the SSRS...I chose not to and am really thinking about it ....mind if I ask you what made you decide to go with the RS package on top of the 2SS? It doesn't look like there is really much of a difference just a few cosmetic changes like the front and rear lights and the moldings. Although the moldings actually have me thinking because I wasn't able to see a SS on the lot that didn't have the RS option.

 

Mostly for the headlights and roof molding....didn't want the black strips down the orange roof line and the headlights are awesome!!
