Default Adjust Steering Wheel to Correct Position

Hi all, New to the site. I have a 67 & 69 but just purchased a 70. It's a great car but the steering wheel is off by 120 degrees. I took a look at removing and reattaching to the shaft at the wheel but the horn button will not move with the wheel. I looked down at the rag joint but there is a D or flat on the shaft so it can only go in one way. The intermediate shaft has no splines to adjust. I am unable to figure out how to re-clock the steering wheel and keep the horn button under the wheel. Can anyone tell me the best way to be able to re-install the steering wheel so it is on straight? Where is the adjustment made? Thanks in advance for the help......

FYI to all following. I was able to dial in the steering wheel to a perfect position by adjusting the tie rod ends. Also confirmed proper toe in. Car drives straight and steering wheel is straight.
