Thanks.I still have a little bit to do on it right at the top body line, but as far as the door jamb, that's as good as it's gonna get haha. Now if i can keep myself motivated and get the rest of the car to that point i'll be good.Started on the back side of the same quarter, got the bad part cut out,and started welding in the new trunk drop off,so hopefully in a few days i'll have the whole drivers side finished up,then i get to start replacing the outer tail panel.

Here is what i started with, after i made the cut in this pic i decided to just use the whole new patch.

Here is how it turned out after putting in the new panel,& making a patch for the hole that the new panel did'nt cover.
Nice work! Looks good!

Fabbed up my alternator bracket today, and got it wired into the system. Boy I love these one wire alternators! Looks kinda funny since the engine takes up so much engine bay that the alternator situates outside the normal engine bay and inside the driver's front fender!
Wired in my tailight/push bumper assembly. Also got the fuel gauge and fuel tank wired so I know how much gas I have. Checked it all out and everything works as planned!
Next is building up the driveline and exhaust, then I can move on to the brakes, and finally the interior!

Haven't done much, I plumbed the brakes but haven't been able to scrounge the dough for the C5 set up I want. Taxes are coming! I did tear the bumper back off to POR 15 and have been using the crap out of the bead blaster at work. I have been putting off working on it because we are thinking about moving to a house with a garage.
Way more pics in the link in my sig.

Thanks Val.As fast as your moving through that austin, you'll have your whole car built before i even get all my body work done lol.I think i jinxed myself with getting motivated though, while finishing up that patch,my dremel quit working on me,then when i started on the trunk drop off my grinder quit working,so much for motivation haha, now i have to wait until friday so i can replace those 2 tools before i can get some more done.
