I'm getting ready to go and look at a 1970 split rs. It's primered now, and he has a new viynl top for it. Does one have to put the top on or is there alot of work that has to be done to omit the top if it's not wanted.

 

I'm pretty sure all you'l need is the trim, but you'll have to screw the fastners in.

 

there isnt much to do the trim may or not still be on the car. I am not familiar with how it goes on but isn't a big deal. I have seen plenty of cars with the trim but no viynyl top
