Default throttle problem

So I unhooked the carb to put new metering rods in to adjust the A/F ratio. I hooed it all back up and the throttle cant pull the gas pedal and cable tightly closed. I can do it manually no problem but im a little confused since I hooked everthing back up as it was before.

I tried to adjust the cable all the way to the top and bottom but it didn't change the issue.

Any tips are appreciated.

Which carb are you running?
Also please be sure you hooked all the little connecting rods on the side of the carb to the right holes.

I figured out the Problem, the spring fell under the carb intake that pulls it back and I found it.
