The wire for the tail light circuit may have come loose from the switch.

Could be the plug isn't fully seated on the sw. I'd check it to see if it's plugged in fully, then push each wire to ensure it's seated too.

yeah i checked all the wires push it in and nothing, then i used a wire and bridged it from the front head light to the parking light wire and it worked so im thinking that the switch got mest up, so now i will be ordering a new switch and the fuel gauge still the same. trying to fix something I broke something else , oh well its not the first time. I need to fix that fuel gauge, its seem that the grown for the fuel gauge its not making contact because i ground the sending wire that comes out the tank and it went to E, but when i connect it again it goes all the way to full, so im assuming its the ground, but I couldnt find the ground any where. frustrating but I will get it, i just have to look up for more info, hopefully I dont brake any other parts.

thanks guys
