Ok heres what I got. I got a 67 camaro with the original 10 bolt mono leaf rear end. I am swapping it out with a 12 bolt multi leaf rear end. My question is, will the lower shock plates on the 10 bolt work on the 12 bolt? I have been told they would work and I have been told they wouldn't work. Can anybody give me the right answer? Thanks.

 

If you are talking about the plates that are held in place by the U-bolts, then yes, they will work.

The only difference is the mounting pads that are welded on the rear axle tubes. This is what dictates the ride height.
