Front park light won't turn on
I've been having some problems with the lights on my '80 Camaro. Right now, the front left park light won't turn on when my headlights are on.It will flash when I put on my turn signal, though. I replaced the bulb, but that did not fix the problem. Also worth noting: when I have my headlights on, the left arrow on the dashboard lights up and remains lit.
I'm not sure what got my lights in this state, but this background story might be useful. My rear left turn signal flasher stopped working a while back. When Iturned onthe left turn signal, all I would see is a solid green arrow on the dash. So, I replaced the flasher. This fixed the turn signal problem, but then I started noticing the problem above. I have no way of knowing if the front left park light was workingcorrectly with the old flasher, since I threw it out.
Thanks for any tips you can give me.

Check the ground on the park lamp and make sure it's good and check the individual power wires for the park lamp and indicator lamp. The way lights work is that you have power supplied from the light switch going to the lamp. It runs through the filament and is then grounded. When you use your turn signals, itgoes from the flasher to the switch then which ever sideyou select. At the same time, power is applied to the turn signal indicators on the dash and the park light both being fed from the same wire and splitting to each unit.Power wiresfor both the indicator and park lampare light blue wirefrom the turn signal switch and brown from the light switch(I believe).
I hope that helps, let me know what happens, unless anybody can think of anything else.
