This is my first post so please bear with me. I recently just swapped out the original 305 and put in a 383. the current muffler is starting to rattle and i was advised to swap it out for a new one I don't really know what muffler is on it right now as the guy who owned the car before me had redone the exhaust system. But I want a muffler that has a nice loud low grumble. the pipes are 2.5 inch and the current muffler is 13x8 i think. im leaning toward the flowmaster supper 44 but im lost in a world of possibility's.

 

Flowmaster or Magnaflow.

 

Its all depends on the "sound" you want.I would go around the car shows and "cruisin" spots .And if there one you like .Just ask the owner what they have. Then let you and your pocketbook decide.Even if you have to save up to get what you decide on. I would also add a cross over and or "X" pipe as well/ Good luck to you.

 

Thanks man i did so more research and i ended up buying the flowmaster super 44 i thank you for the advise.
