Drivers side auto window needs assistance to go up i have replaced the motor with a new one and it still is very hard to go up. I have been driving the car without the inner door panel on so i can push it up with my hand at it takes a lot of muscle to push it up should i just order a complete inner workings of track and everything or should i pull it all out and try and salvage parts? Does any one have a source for the whole inner workings minus the motor i would really like to get the infer panel on.

 

Lube window channels with WD40?

 

Sounds like the regulator is worn or badly in need of lube.
