hey finally passenger door closes yeah!! now if drivers door will just do the same. Did u buy the outer window sweeps from NPD too? The ones i sent back to classic were OER, they didnt fit right the bend in the chrome bead was not right and was cutting into my paint on my door. I have the kind that screw into the inside top of door.

Yes, the sweeps came from NPD, and all of them will need some slight fitting, regardless of brand. I used a piece of metal slightly thicker that I shaped into a wedge to tap into the metal part to open it up slightly so it wouldn't dig into the paint.
I put the trim on a piece of wood I covered with some old leather to protect the edge and not marr it. Worked out great and after a few minutes adjusting them they sat down in place nicely.
But I ended up taking them off later and going with the sweeps for cars with chrome. It has no stainless edge, and I liked the look of the clean chromeless edge on the top of the door better.

Thanks,I sent an email to fbodywarehouse they said they have flat bead (PUI) and they have a thin round bead made by a small company that has excellent fit but their like $125 shipping included, seems kinda high but if they fit good might be worth it. I guess any of them are a gamble.
