You called us out. 11s are cheap, I wouldn't brag them up specially with a BB. I'm more of a mid 10 on leaf springs, SB and a 9" slick kind of guy. Not my in my Camaro but I haven't tried that chassis either.

Only 35lbs of boost. ONLY. Really?

I'm not playing games. Like I said. You show me the car with the engine in it making a dyno pull I'll not say another word. I'll be proven wrong and can handle that. But if I wanna build a what if car, why not a 4.3 Cyclone motor in an 82 Chevette. Or a 3.8 Buick GN motor in a Cobra kit car or a 300 I6 Ford in a dragster.

Seen them all, now impress me.

Ive never quite understood the import/domestic swaps (both ways) Ive seen RX7s with LS1s in them, Ive seen Honda Civics with Corvette motors, Ive seen ford rangers with mazda rotary motors . . . . I guess people are looking for something that hasnt been done. Gotta admit though Ive seen alot of muscle car builds, Ive seen a 2JZ in alot of crazy stuff (people love that motor) but ive never seen a 2jz in an american muscle car other then in the movies (and in the FF that was a RB26 motor from a skyline) If you can do it go for it. I do think its going to be hellishly expensive to get right though

Building a early 2nd gen with a Toyota engine (no matter how much power it makes) will ruin he value of the car. No Chevy fan will want it, nor will any Toyota fan. Not hating on the idea of an engine swap, just telling the facts, and hoping you'll find a better place to put a killer Toyota engine, than in a killer car like an early 2nd gen.

77nomad is correct if the engine is seriously boosting 35lbs of boost thats pretty crazy especially because your average turbo only puts out around 6-8 psi so 35 is very extreme but im not one to take side but i gotta admit that sounds pretty crazy even if it is a supra engine and i know supras they are my favorite Japanese car but if you could provide some info pics of the engine and maybe the dyno sheet itself we would feel alittle more convinced
