Hello Everyone I need some help. I am wondering if I could mate a T5 transmission to my 350 engine. right now i have a 1969 350 engine mated to a turbo 350. I want to make the car a 5 speed but I have no idea where to start. Would someone help me out by telling if it can be done and what type of T5 that I need to be looking for? The car is a 1968 Camaro. By referring to T-5, does this mean you already have a trans from a donor car? I have never used a T-5, but have installed TKO trans before. The only problem was the shifter location was a little off for the first gen console. The stick wanted to sit a little to the left of center and needed tweaking. We use mostly kits from Classic Chevy 5 Speed. You can check out their website for kits. They are very knowledgable and friendly.
