Both are 4" bore so late 327 and early 350 are the same block I believe, the pad on the front of the engine top deck in front of the head on the passenger side will tell you more including what the engine came in originally.
Looking here : https://www.angelfire.com/realm2/84camaro/block_id.htm
If it's a 327 it's a 1968 if a 350 1969-1979.
Look here : https://www.nastyz28.com/spmenu.html
You should be able to find out what year and model it came in so you can narrow it down.

Well there would be no way to know what it is today. It may have left the factory as a 1973-350 and now it is a 302 or a 383.

You need to check the stroke
You can estimate pulling the plug out and letting the piston drop down from TDC
302 is 3 inch stroke
350 is 3.48
327 is 3.25 inches
feel lucky if a 327, most are forged cranks and the earlier small diameter crank spins easier IMO

There's a lot more 350s out there than 327s,did you ever decode the stamp in front of the passenger side head. That will tell you the year and what car it came from.
Here's how : https://www.nastyz28.com/spmenu.html

They run the best when they are old and tired sometimes
Post a picture of the engine and a close up of the waterpump and damper
The heads too
Most 327's had a draft tube at the rear of the engine and no PCV valve
Also the waterpump should be a short if a 327 but might be short on your 350 too vs the long snout ones
The dampers were bigger on 350 and 302
What they told us in screwell was that when the EPA came and said all cars will have a PCV valve in 67 or round about
GM said okay, we will just increase the displacement and add the PCV valve
That was 68 I believe, and hello 350

I just found a way to tell 327 from 350 if you can see the back of the crank
The old Chevy boys over at the Tri-Five forum are pretty smart and they helped me figure out mine
The Chevelle site has the crank info
Chevrolet V8 Engine Crankshafts
Mine ended up having a 327 crank and a 350 block

There were still 327s for two years after '67,I had a really nice '68 Impala 2 door fastback with the 275 hp 327 back in the '70s.
It was a low mile one owner all original car when I got it,wish I had it now.
The last 327s were year 1969,the 283 ended in '67 being replaced with the 307.
