Default Battery Cables

Hello
I need to order a set of battery cable for my 68.
Car had an Air Conditioning but this do not work, no compressor in place, ...
What is the difference between the A/C and non A/C cables?
Which ones should I need.
Then RockAuto lists a battery to ground cable and a battery to switch. I assume I need one of each. Battery to switch actually goes to the starter, right?
They also list "top mount cables". What are they?

Top mount would be for std. battery posts VS the GM side mount bolt on cables.
Can't help with AC VS non AC,maybe the AC are longer to get around the compressor? Just a guess on my part.
If your car had AC I would just order those for a sure fitment.

I never heard of side mount battery cable. Seems surprising as out of 13 cables Rock Auto has only 2 "top mount" cables. Does everybody use sde mount cables.
From the pictures their "not noted as top mount, so should be side mount" cables looks like standard to me (ie top mount)
I am a bit lost...

Stock GM cables bolt onto the side of the battery going back to the early 1970's I believe, not sure what year it started.
