When should the parking lights be on?

One way to tell is if the front bulb sockets are dual filament sockets or not

67 is single element bulb, IDK about 68-69

Dual filament bulb for 68 and 69, sounds like Robert K might have the wrong light switch installed on his 68 ( 7 Terminal is original for non RS/SS models)
