Default What Carbuetor is correct

Does anybody know what the correct Carbuetor came on a 69 RS with base 350 and what the Numbers would be?

Check this site out. I believe the information on this website is probably the most accurate you're going to find.

The bad part is I know for a fact that I worked on cars that were untouched that had the "wrong" numbers carb. The number system was so un-reliable by the 1980 parts department gave up trying to order parts based on the book. They made you find the Carb number and they ordered the part that way. This was even true on warranty work. It was very common to see last years carb on a new car in the beginning of production.

I am sure there are near perfect all original cars out there that the owners had to track down the "correct" number carb for even thought they had the original carb on them.
