Another thing you want to look into is compensation for the devaluing the car. If the car had a clean car fax last month and now it has a wreck on it that will drop the value. A friend had his 06 Shelby rear ended and he ended up with a check for 3K plus the the car fixed.
Are you letting the insuracne company pick the repair place? They tend to go with the cheaper repair places. Make sure the repair place knows 1.) Your picky 2.) You will not except a miss match on a new paint. Fading paint can be tuff to get dead on but with newer paint and computer scanning they should be able to match the paint well beyond what a human can see.

I went with the body shop that the insurance company recomended. It's a place called "Abra". They did pretty good with several of my modern cars. However, it's obvious that they've never worked on a classic Camaro though. They ended up calling me a few times trying to get information on where I ordered my camaro parts. The estimate so far is $4300.00. Not too bad for a simple rear end accident at a gas station.
Also, I finally figured out the color of my car. It's Planet Color's "Balistic Blue". I found it in the classic muscle car section of their paint book.

Sorry to hear about your bad luck. Wish you the best for a good repair and back out enjoying your beautiful car once more.
No real mystery as to why she had a red licence, given her inability to care enough about anyone else to check the rearview mirror before backing out. (Who backs out of a gas station anyway?) Maybe licence suspensions is not really the answer for bad drivers.
Good luck to you, friend, and dont let it get you down. Nothing you could have done.
