I've been running some 15x7 American Racing rims on my car for awhile and I just came across a good deal on a set of 15x8 rally's. Im conserned about rubbing in the front and I'm wondering what size tires I should run with to avoid that from happening. Anyone know? Thanks!

 

What kind of look are you going for, and what size were you running before... should be able to fit 235/60's up front.

 

the problem with that, is that a 235/60 is an undersized tire for an 8" rim. they fit perfectly on a 7" rim, so you aren't gaining anything by putting them on the 8" rim

chances are that if you just got a set of factory 8" rallys, they really never came in a good offset for the fronts of these cars. there might be some aftermarket companies that make a good offset in a 15x8 for the front, but I haven't seen it yet
