Suspension

Suspension
I thought this would be an easy question, but there are so many options!
I have a 1969 Camaro Convert with a 396 and it is desparate need of suspension work. It looks as if it's all original. I suppose the best bet would be to go ahead and redo the entire front and rear. The use would be as a driver and potential limited track use. Any suggestions on kits or companies? I plan on doing the work myself
Thanks in advance

RE: Suspension
either calls Rick's First Gen or Year One, or if you want you can call PST and get a full poly front end. it will ride a little rougher and won't be as good for the track, but your handling will improve more than you would ever expect

RE: Suspension
I agree with the poly kits, if you are doing a complete suspension job they make kits that will match all the way around. I am rebuilding mine from the ground up, and had a disassembled front end, but I went with a larger sway bar and poly with graphite empregnated everything and it went together easy as could be.
Poly or graphite empregnated (graphite is a lubricant and helps eliminate squeaks) poly will really stiffen up the suspension and lessen your sway on corners which is often needed if your still riding on original suspension. You will probably find a few more loose screws and rattles once you are done though.
