While this is my 6th First Generation project car and I have deciphered VIN codes before, admittedly, this one has me scratching my head. The digits seem odd but are directly from the VIN plate.

For the initial; codes reach (type, sub type

, assembly plant, etc.) but seeking other options and features like exterior paint color, validate it’s a real -off-the-line Rally Sport, etc

Your 67 should have a cowl tag that should have the information.
"The cowl tag is a small aluminum tag riveted to the driver's side of the firewall in the engine compartment, by the master cylinder."

RS package should be in Line 3L Note it can have other options in line 3 "3LK" would be RS with external molding package.
